At Iota Phi Lambda, we provide our members with a nurturing environment that fosters growth and the development of leadership skills and talents. When you become a part of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, you join a national network and, more importantly, a sisterhood of African American women dedicated to the ideals of sisterhood, friendship, and professional development.
    Sorority membership is a lifelong commitment that requires time, dedication, and resources. In return, it offers a supportive space where you can develop and share your skills and talents. As a professional sisterhood, our membership eligibility is based on academic achievement, professional accomplishments, and civic involvement.

    Graduate Membership:

    To qualify for Graduate Membership, you must meet one of the following criteria:

    Be a graduate of an accredited business college or university.

    Be a graduate of a four-year college who successfully owns or operates a business.

    Be a graduate of an accredited two-year business college with a minimum of 48 credit hours.

    Undergraduate Membership:

    To qualify for Undergraduate Membership, you must meet the following criteria:

    Be a student pursuing a four-year course

    Have completed at least thirty credit hours (one year) of college work with a satisfactory average grade.
